MedMatch Nursing Solutions Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website and services operated by MedMatch Nursing Solutions ("us", "we", "our", or "MedMatch").

Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, healthcare professionals, and healthcare facilities who access or use our Service.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of Service

MedMatch provides a platform for connecting healthcare professionals with healthcare facilities for staffing purposes. Our services include, but are not limited to, job posting, resume submission, candidate screening, and placement facilitation.

• Healthcare Professionals: By using our service, you represent and warrant that you possess all required licenses, certifications, and qualifications for the positions you apply for.
• Healthcare Facilities: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about job openings and your facility.
• All Users: You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions that occur under your password.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of MedMatch Nursing Solutions and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

Background Checks and Credentialing

• Healthcare Professionals: You consent to background checks and credential verification as part of the application process. You represent that all information provided is true and accurate.
• Healthcare Facilities: You agree to keep confidential any personal information received about candidates through our service.

Placement Fees

For successful placements, healthcare facilities agree to pay placement fees as outlined in separate agreements. Unless otherwise specified, fees are due regardless of the duration of the placement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MedMatch Nursing Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: 

• your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• any content obtained from the Service
• unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

MedMatch Nursing Solutions does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
